NEW BEDFORD - New Bedford's Independence Day fireworks will take place on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 9:00 p.m.. The pyrotechnics will be launched from a barge in New Bedford Harbor, with a synchronized patriotic music broadcast to accompany the display.
Fall River's Fourth of July Waterfront Celebration-part of the America 250 festivities-will take place on Saturday, July 4, 2026. The free public celebration begins at 5:00 PM along the waterfront, with a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the sky over the Taunton River at 9:00 PM.
